HealthRewards Travel Opportunities

Baja Mexico, August 4-9
This five-day cruise departs from San Diego and includes stops at Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada. The price is $1,359.20 per person for an inside cabin; $1,429.20 per person for an ocean view cabin; or $1,879.20 per person for a Category 11 Suite. All costs include taxes, port charges, round-trip airfare and a fund-raising contribution. Payment is due by May 17.

Western Caribbean, August 16-21
This five-day cruise departs from Tampa and includes stops at Grand Cayman and Cozumel. The price is $1,050.25 per person for an inside cabin; $1,120.25 per person for an ocean view cabin; or $1,550.25 for a Category 11 suite. All costs include taxes, port charges, round-trip airfare and a fund-raising contribution. Payment is due by May 29.

Mexican Riviera, October 19-26
This seven-day cruise departs from Los Angeles and includes stops at Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas. The price is $1,423.20 per person for an inside cabin; $1,493.20 per person for an ocean view cabin; or $1,643.20 per person for a balcony cabin. All costs include taxes, port charges, round-trip airfare and a fund-raising contribution. Reserve your space with a $100 per person deposit, with a second deposit of $150 due by April 22. Final payment is due by July 1.

Las Vegas, December 8-11
Enjoy three nights at the Mandala Bay Resort and Casino. The price is $654.14 per person, which includes airfare. Reserve your space with a $200 deposit.

In addition to those travel opportunities, the following trips are available through Kentucky Travel and Tours (with a minimum of 35 people per trip necessary for departure):

A Day at Keeneland, April 24, 2008
The cost is $50 per person, which includes transportation and admission. Payment is due by April 16.

A Day at Derby Dinner Playhouse, July 24, 2008
The cost is $90 per person, which includes transportation, matinee show and lunch buffet. Payment is due by July 7.

Smoky Mountains, May 19-21
Enjoy three days and two nights at a Pigeon Forge area hotel. The cost is $325 per person (two per room), $300 per person (three per room) or $275 per person (four per room), which includes transportation, lodging, roundtrip luggage handling, four shows (Black Bear Jamboree, The Comedy Barn, Country Tonite Theatre and Patty Waszak Show), two continental breakfasts and two dinners, prizes and gifts and discount coupons for outlet shopping. Payment is due by May 5.

Myrtle Beach, SC, December 2-4
Enjoy three days and two nights at an oceanfront hotel. The cost is $369 per person (two per room), $345 per person (three per room) or $320 per person (four per room), which includes transportation, lodging, four shows (Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, Legends, Myrtle Beach Festival Show), two continental breakfasts and two dinners, and discount coupons for outlet shopping. Payment is due by November 17.

Fall Foliage Amish Country Tour, September 23-26
Enjoy four days and three nights in Lancaster, PA. Cost is $770 per person (two per room), $690 per person (three per room) or $650 per person (four per room), which includes transportation, lodging, three hotel breakfasts, one lunch at Amish Home, three dinners (Good & Plenty, Dutch Apple Dinner Theater and Plain & Fancy) and three shows (American Music Theatre, Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre and Sight & Sound “In the Beginning”). Payment is due by September 1.

Christmas Shopping
Enjoy shopping at Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, TN. Cost is $65 per person, including transportation and discount coupons for outlet shopping. The date will be determined in the near future. Please call if interested.
