Interview Process

At Ephraim McDowell Health, we are committed to providing quality health care and we hire only the best people to deliver that care. To select the best, we have a three-step interview process for all applicants. It may include the following:

1. An initial interview with a Human Resources representative
2. When appropriate, a second interview with the director of the department where you may work.
3. The third and final interview is with a panel of Associates from the department where you are seeking employment.

This is a very important component of the interview process because your potential peers make recommendations about your suitability for the position. This also gives you an opportunity to ask questions about the job, about working at EMH, and get a better sense if the job you are seeking is right for you.
